I have studied and practiced spirituality all of my adult life. It’s how I identify what’s most important, make decisions, receive Divine help, and find peace no matter the circumstances.

My formal studies included degrees in World Religions and Theology. After grad school, I spent a couple of years teaching religious topics to high school students and adults. A desire to write prompted me to transition into an employee communications career, which spanned more than 20 years.

While working in the business world, I continued reading about metaphysical topics and experimenting with new spiritual practices. I started moonlighting as a spiritual coach in 2020 and felt a strong calling to pursue it full time. In early 2022, I completed advanced Akashic Records training, which provided more tools for helping clients.

So, what do I do, exactly? I use my own connection with Divine to help others achieve a deeper connection with themselves, their own inner guidance, and Divine wisdom, love and healing.
